Real Life Begins with Reverence
Let knowlege grow from more to more
But more of reverence in us dwell;
That mind and soul, according well,
May make one music as before.
-Alfred, Lord Tennyson

New You
Every day we wake up and proceed to live our lives the same way we did the day before. Well not today! We should all live our life to be the person we have always dreamed of being!! Just recently I have had so many wonderful people come to me looking to change not just a feature they dislike about them self. But yet a whole new outlook and purpose in life. What is the inspiration to this phenomenon on desire to be better? Is it that B-Xtreme Fitness is truly coming across to people that we are guidance and support you have needed along? Well whatever it may be let's keep riding the wave to success by embracing your body and mind with strength through the power of science!

Amaranth Crispbread
Great for finger sandwiches!!
This recipe will make 1 7" round flatbread.
Scrape 1/2c cooked amaranth into an oiled and warmed saute pan and press the amaranth into a thin circular layer. Make sure your spatula or fingers are damp. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Or until the edges start to dry and slightly curl up and the bottom is browned. Flip bread over. Use spatula and cut into 4-6 pie-shaped wedges and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Serve hot or cold
